The Ivorian winger has been made available and is inching closer to signing for French side OGC Nice. Arsenal have made their second signing of the summer with the arrival of Fabio Vieira from Portuguese champions FC Porto. The signing of the Portuguese midfielder was sealed by the Gunners earlier on Tuesday via the official announcement made on their various social media outlets.

Football London have reported that both West Ham and Borussia Dortmund are keen on signing Konstantinos Mavropanos.
