The winter transfer window was shut down a few weeks ago but this doesn’t stop the rumors from pouring in involving the future of certain players and Arsenal is believed to be interested in signing a few players from different leagues around the world.
Edinson Cavani of PSG is a constant topic of discussion as the Uruguayan attacker is rumored to be leaving the French club at the end of the season. At this point in the season Cavani has made 22 appearances and scored 8 goals which just isn’t good enough for a player that was acquired for a transfer fee in the region of €64 million.
Another player who is on the radar of Arsenal and Arsene Wenger is Palermo’s Paulo Dybala who at the age of 21 is already being compared to Sergio Aguero due to their playing style being similar.
Palermo have placed a price tag in the region of £29.5million for Paulo Dybala and even though Chelsea, Manchester United, Barcelona and Real Madrid are all interested in signing the young forward, it seems like Arsenal is acting faster as the President of Palermo Maurizio Zamparini is believed to be having talks with the head officials of Arsenal as they are attempting to negotiate a deal for Dybala.
EdinsonCavani and Paulo Dybala are some of the players that are rumored to be making their way in Arsenal during the summer transfer window but there have also been emerging a number of reports that are linking SantiCazorla with a move to Athletic Madrid.
GuillemBalague is a Spanish journalist and he has revealed information concerning the possible transfer of Santi Cazorla to Athletic Madrid.
“He has 18 months left on his contract at Arsenal, and Atletico have contacted Cazorla’s entourage. Atletico are convinced that they can persuade the player to join them. Then they just have to pay the money. There will be one year left on his contract in the summer, and will be available for cheaper.’’ GuillemBalague said.
